The team is well-equipped with the latest design and simulation techniques so that they can develop critical components within defined cost targets. CATIA V5, Hyper Mill, Pro-E, Solid Edge, UG, MAGMA, and Flow 3D are some of the latest software that the design team is fully trained to operate.

BAXY | Engineering offers the most efficient and renowned foundries in the world with modern equipment and quality-driven processes. The facility comes with a melting capacity of 20000 MT/year. Our state-of-the-art plant is fully equipped and allows us to develop and manufacture the castings by using Low-Pressure Die Casting (LPDC), Gravity Die Casting (GDC), and High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC). Under one roof, our single facility is capable of manufacturing casting die tools, core fabrication, shot blasting, continuous heat treatment, de-coring, and inspection.

In order to satisfy the demanding requirements of end customers, BAXY | Engineering produces products at a global level of quality. Ensure casting soundness, critical machining parameters, and product performance in our lab with the global quality standard equipment. Our workforce is trained to operate all types of equipment, including CMM. 3D Scanner-Ray, Spectrometer, Sieve Shaker, Muffle Furnace, UTM.

We have a total of 200+ high-performance VMC & HMC machines from global manufacturers such as Mazak, Makino, DMG Mori, Brother, AMS, etc. For post-processing, such as leak testing, robotic and ultrasonic washing machines, child parts assembly, and traceability, our machine shop is equipped with Special Purpose Machines (SPM).
